Function

This command is used to configure the multicast encryption mode of an XG-PON port. To configure the multicast encryption mode of an XG-PON port, run this command.

Format

port multicast encrypt portid { adapt | disable | enable }

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
portid	Indicates the number of the GPON port to be queried.	Please see Differences Between Shelves.
adapt	Indicates that the multicast encryption mode is set to autonegotiation.	-
disable	Indicates that the multicast encryption mode is set to disable. By default, the multicast encryption mode is set to disable.	-
enable	Indicates that the multicast encryption mode is set to enable.	-

Usage Guidelines

Run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run the interface gpon command to enter GPON mode.

Example

To set the multicast encryption mode of GPON port 0/3/0 to enable, do as follows:

huawei(config-if-gpon-0/3)#port multicast encrypt
{ portid<U><0,7> }:0
{ adapt<K>|disable<K>|enable<K> }:enable

  Command:
          port multicast encrypt 0 enable

System Response

• After the command is executed successfully, the system displays the command output.
