The VLAN Configuration of display vlan-range

Function Description

Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) is a technology used to form virtual workgroups by logically grouping the devices of a LAN. The IEEE issued draft IEEE 802.1Q in 1999, which aims at standardizing VLAN implementations. The MA5680T/MA5683T/MA5608T supports the following four types of VLANs: standard VLAN, smart VLAN, MUX VLAN and super VLAN. The attributes of VLANs include: common, QinQ and stacking.

Function

This command is used to query whether the EPON board supports creation of VLAN RANGE flows.

Usage Guidelines

Run the config command to enter the global config mode, and then run the interface epon command to enter the EPON mode.

Example

To query whether EPON board 0/3 supports creation of VLAN RANGE flows, do as follows:
huawei(config-if-epon-0/3)#display vlan-range
  The board's state of VLAN-RANGE : enable

System Response

  • The system displays the queried result when the command runs successfully.
  • The following table describes the parameters in response to this command.
    Parameter Description
    The board's state of VLAN-RANGE Indicates the board's state of VLAN-RANGE.
