The ONT Broadband Service Management of display ont mac-count

Function Description

This topic provides the commands related to the ONT broadband service configuration

Function

This command is used to query the ONT MAC address learning table.

Format

display ont mac-count portid ontid

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
portid Indicates the ID of the GPON port where the ONT to be queried is located. Please see Differences Between Shelves.
ontid Indicates the ID of the ONT to be queried. Numeral type. Range: varies with the board type.

Modes

GPON mode, GPBD, GPFD

Level

Operator level

Usage Guidelines

  • Before running this command, run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run theinterface gpon command to enter GPON mode.
  • The ONT must be online and working properly.

Example

To query the MAC address learning table of the ONT whose ID is 0 under GPON port 0/3/0, do as follows:
huawei(config-if-gpon-0/3)#display ont mac-count

System Response

  • The system displays the queried result when the command runs successfully.
  • The following table describes the parameters in response to the display ont mac-count command.
    Parameter Description
    F/S/P Indicates the shelf ID, slot ID, and port ID.
    ONT-ID

    Indicates the ONT ID.
    ONT MAC count Indicates the number of the MAC addresses currently learned by the ONT.
