This command is used to query the electronic label of an optical
receiver/optical transmitter.

Usage Guidelines
In the privilege mode or global config mode, run the diagnose command to enter the
Diagnose mode.
Example
To query the electronic label of an optical receiver/optical transmitter, do
as follows:

Command:
display elabel optical-node 1
