ONT Voice Service Management----display ont mg status

Function

This command is used to query the registration status of the MG interface to which the ONT belongs.

Format

display ont mg status portid ontid

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
portid	Indicates the ID of the PON port that is connected to the ONT to be queried.	Please see Differences Between Shelves.
ontid	Indicates the ID of the ONT to be queried.	Numeral type. Range: varies with the board type.

EPON mode, GPON mode,Huawei MA5683T,  Huawei MA5680T,  MA5608T

Usage Guidelines

• Before running this command, run the interface gpon command in the global config mode to enter the GPON mode or run the interface epon command to enter the EPON mode.
• The ONT call emulation test can be performed only when the MG interface of the ONT is in the registered state.

Example

To query the MG interface registration status of ONT 0 connected to GPON port 0/3/0, do as follows:

System Response

• The system displays the queried result when the command runs successfully.
• The following table describes the parameters in response to the display ont mg status 0 0 command.

  Parameter	Description
  MGID	Indicates the MG interface ID of the ONT.
  MG Status	Indicates the MG interface current status. Options: Registering: being registered. Registered: Registration succeeds. This state is the normal state and the call emulation test can be performed only in this state. Fault: The interface is faulty. UnRegistered: The interface is not registered or fails to be registered. ONU rebooting: The ONT is restarting. The protocol incorrect: The protocol is incorrect. This state is displayed when the ONT voice protocol is SIP.
