Function
This command is used to query status information about a GPON port, mainly
the hardware information about the optical transceiver.

Usage Guidelines
- Run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run the interface gpon command to enter GPON mode.
- For meanings of optical transceiver parameters in this command output, see "SFF-8472 Specification for Diagnostic Monitoring Interface for Optical Transceivers" and "XFP-8077i Specification for Diagnostic Monitoring Interface for Optical Transceivers".

System Response
- The system displays the queried result when the command runs successfully.
- The following table describes the parameters in response to this
command.
NOTE:When the value is "-", it indicates the invalid value.
Parameter Description F/S/P Indicates the shelf ID, slot ID, and port ID for the GPON port under the query. Optical Module status Indicates the optical module status. Options: online and offline(the optical module is absent or faulty). Port state Indicates the current port status. Options: online and offline(there is no online ONT related to the port). Port energy-saving flag Indicates the energy-saving status of the port. Options: Yes and No. The energy-saving status is Yes when the following conditions are met:- The system energy-saving function is enabed by running the system energy-saving mode command.
- There is no online ONT connected to the GPON port.
- The ONT auto find function is enabled by running the port ont-auto-find command.
xPON MAC chipset state Indicates the status of the MAC chip on the xPON board. Options: normal and failed(the MAC chip is faulty). Last down cause Indicates the cause for the last offline. The probable causes are as follows:- Loss of frame (LOS)
- Optical module absence
- Optical module fault
- Optical port closed by running the shutdown command
- Unknown
Last up time Indicates the time for the last port online. "-" indicates that no ONT is connected to the port. Laser state Indicates the laser status of an optical module. Options: normal and fail. If the laser malfunctions, the state is Fail. Available bandwidth(Kbps) Indicates the available bandwidth at the port (remaining unassigned bandwidth and non-real-time available bandwidth). Temperature(C) Indicates the working temperature of an optical module, usually it ranges from 0°C to 70°C. TX Bias current(mA) Indicates the transmit bias current of a port, usually it ranges from 0 mA to 100 mA. Supply Voltage(V) Indicates the supply voltage, usually it ranges from 0 V to 6.55 V. TX power(dBm) Indicates the transmit power of an optical module. Illegal rogue ONT Indicates that whether an illegal rogue ONT exist.- Inexistent: indicates that no rogue ONT exists.
- Existent: indicates that rogue ONTs exist.
Multicast actual encrypt Indicates the actual multicast encryption status. Only the XG-PON port supports this query. Max rate(Kbps) Indicates the maximum rate of an optical module. Max Distance(Km) Indicates the maximum transmission distance of an optical module. Wave Length(nm) Indicates the optical wavelength of an optical module. Fiber type Indicates the fiber type. Options: single-mode and multi-mode. Signal detect Indicates the signal detection status of an optical module. Options: normal and failed (the OLT cannot receive optical signals from ONUs). TX fault Indicates the transmit status of an optical module. Options: normal and fail (the optical module cannot transmit optical signals because of a malfunction or other reasons). Identifier Indicates the optical module type. Options: Unknown, Gigabit Interface Convertor (GBIC), Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP), and others. Ext.Identifier Indicates the extended identifier of the optical module type. Connector Indicates the connector type of an optical module. Options: SC, LC, and others.. Encoding Indicates the pattern in which optical signals are encoded. Options: 8B/10B (EPON), NRZ (GPON), and others. Length(9um)(km) Indicates the transmission distance of optical fiber with a 9 um core diameter.. Length(50um)(m) Indicates the transmission distance of optical fiber with a 50 um core diameter. Tx bias alarm threshold(mA) Indicates the alarm range of the bias current of the optical module, that is, 10.00 mA to 100.00 mA. Supply voltage alarm threshold(V) Indicates the alarm range of the power supply voltage of the optical module, that is, 1 V to 6 V. Temperature alarm threshold(C) Indicates the alarm range of the temperature of the optical module, that is, -20.00°C to 70.00°C. Rx power warning threshold(dBm) Indicates the warning range of the receive optical power of the optical module, that is, -10.00 dBm to 8.00 dBm.
