EPON ONT Service Profile Configuration----display ont-srvprofile current(epon profile)

Function Description

An EPON ONT service profile is used to set ONT capability and service-related parameters. The profile is required only when the ONT is managed in OAM mode

Function

This command is used to query the current configuration information about the specified EPON ONT service profile, including the configuration information about the EPON ONT service profile whcih has not taken effect by running commit command. When you need to check whether the related line parameters have been configured in the EPON ONT service profile, run this command.

Usage Guidelines

  • Run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run the ont-srvprofile epon command to enter EPON ONT service profile configuration mode.
  • Run the display ont-srvprofile epon command to query the information about the EPON ONT service profile that has taken effect by running the commit.

Example

To query the information about EPON ONT service profile 10, do as follows:

    NOTE:
    In the interface, "-" indicates that the item is not supported.
    Parameter Description
    Meaning Remark(Configuration Command)
    Profile-ID Indicates the ID of an ONT service profile. It can be spicified in the ont-srvprofile epon command when configuring an EPON ONT service profile.
    Profile-name Indicates the name of an ONT service profile.
    Access-type Indicates the access type of an EPON ONT service profile. Option: EPON. -
    Port-type Indicates the port type. Options: POTS, ETH, and TDM. Run the ont-port(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Port-number Indicates the number of ports.
    TDM type Indicates the TDM port type.
    Multicast fast leave switch Indicates the multicast fast leave function. Run the multicast fast-leave command to configure this parameter.
    Ring check switch Indicates the status of the ring network detection. Run the ring check(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Ring port auto-shutdown switch Indicates the auto-shutdown function for a ring network port. Run the ring check(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Port Type/Port-Type Indicates the port type. -
    Port ID/Port-ID Indicates the port ID. -
    Up-traffic CAR-ID Indicates the ID of the upstream traffic profile. Run the port eth(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Down-traffic CAR-ID Indicates the ID of the downstream traffic profile.
    MAC-learn count Indicates the number of learned MAC addresses.
    Class profile-ID Indicates the ID of the traffic classification profile. Run the port classification command to configure this parameter.
    Multicast-S-VLAN Indicates the service VLAN ID used in the multicast service. Run the port eth(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Multicast-C-VLAN Indicates the customer VLAN ID used in the multicast service.
    Multicast tag-strip Indicates the processing mode of the multicast tag.
    Multicast group-num Indicates the number of multicast programs.
    Service-type Indicates the service type. Run the port vlan(epon profile) command to configure this parameter.
    Index Indicates theVLAN index.
    S-VLAN Indicates the service VLAN.
    C-VLAN Indicates the customer VLAN.
    Binding times Indicates the binding times of the ONT service profile.
    There are two methods to bind an ONT to an EPON ONT service profile.
    • Run the ont add(epon) command to add an ONT offline, and bind the ONT to an EPON ONT service profile.
    • Run the ont add(epon) command to confirm an automatically discovered ONT, and bind the ONT to an EPON ONT service profile.
  • For more information about the error message that the system displays against a command entered with incorrect syntax.
