display ont capability
Function
This command is used to query the actual hardware capability parameters of
the online ONT, including the ONT port type and quantity. After querying the
actual hardware capability parameters of the ONT, you can create a proper ONT
capability set profile.
Parameters

ontid | Indicates the ONT ID. | Numeral type. Range: varies with the board type. |
Usage Guidelines
- Run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run the interface gpon command to enter GPON mode(like H805GPFD, H807GPBD).
- For an ONT in the mismatch state, you can run this command to query the hardware capability parameters of the ONT to bind it with a proper ONT capability set profile.
Example
To query the actual capability of ONT 0 that is connected to GPON port 0/3/1, do as follows:

Parameter Description F/S/P Indicates the IDs of the subrack, slot, and port to which the ONT is connected. ONT description Indicates the user-defined description of the ONT. ONT ID Indicates the ONT ID. Equipment ID Indicates the equipment ID. It identifies the ONT type and is not configurable. Number of uplink PON ports Indicates the number of upstream GPON ports. Number of POTS ports Indicates the number of POTS ports for users. Number of ETH ports Indicates the number of Ethernet ports for users. Number of VDSL ports Indicates the number of VDSL ports for users. Number of TDM ports Indicates the number of TDM ports for users. Number of MOCA ports Indicates the number of MOCA ports for users. Number of CATV ANI ports Indicates the number of CATV ports for users at the network side. Number of CATV UNI ports Indicates the number of CATV ports for users at the user side. Number of GEM ports Indicates the number of GEM ports for users. IP configuration Indicates configuration mode of the IP address. Number of Traffic Schedulers Indicates the number of traffic schedulers. The traffic scheduler is mainly used for the multiple-level scheduling on a T-CONT. Number of T-CONTs Indicates the number of T-CONTs supported by the ONT. The type of flow control Indicates the type of the flow control. ONT optical module power control capability Indicates whether the power of an optical module can be cut off. It can identify whether the receive and transmit modules use the same power supply. ONT type Indicates the ONT device status. Possible states are SFU, HGU, SBU, MDU, MTUand CBU. The invalid value is displayed as an en dash (-).- SFU: switch fabric unit

Extended OMCI message format Indicates whether a changeable ONT management control interface (OMCI) is supported. VoIP configuration method Indicates the voice configuration mode supported by the ONT. The mode can be OAM, configuration file, or TR069. An ONT can support the three modes at the same time. When an ONT supports two or three configuration modes, the configuration modes are separated by a slash (/). VoIP signalling protocol Indicates the voice protocol supported by the ONT. The mode can be SIP or H.248. An ONT can support the two protocols at the same time. When an ONT supports the two protocols, the protocols are separated by a slash (/). ONT service type Indicates the ONT service type. Possible states are CMTS(extend-frame), FTTM. If it is invalid, the value of this parameter is displayed as -.- CMTS(extend-frame): Cable Modem Terminal Systems
- FTTM: Fiber to the mobile base station
ETHOAM Indicates whether the ONT supports ETHOAM services. It can be Y.1731 or not supported. If the ONT does not support this parameter, "-" is displayed. Multicast encrypt Indicates whether the ONT supports the multicast encryption function. It can be supported or not supported. If the ONT does not support this parameter, "-" is displayed.
Only the XG-PON port supports this query.Number of PQs in T-CONT x Indicates the number of PQs in the T-CONT x. Range of x: 0-7.
