Function Description

This topic describes the commands related to SHDSL line profile configuration. The commands can be used to add, delete, edit, and query an extended line profile.

shdsl line-profile delete

Function

This command is used to delete an SHDSL line profile. When an SHDSL line profile is no longer useful, you can run the command to delete it. The configuration data is deleted with the deletion of the SHDSL line profile and cannot be restored.

Format

shdsl line-profile delete [ profile-index ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
profile-index Indicates the profile number. To delete a specified SHDSL line profile, use this parameter. Numeral type. Range: 2-99.

Modes

Global config mode, SHDSL mode, GPBD, GPFD

Level

Operator level

Usage Guidelines

  • Run the config command to enter global config mode, and then run the interface shl command to enter SHDSL mode.
  • The line profile bound to an SHDSL port cannot be deleted.
  • There are nine default SHDSL line profiles which cannot be deleted but can be modified. The profile numbers are 1 , 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 and 107.

Example

To delete SHDSL line profile 2, do as follows:
huawei(config)#shdsl line-profile delete     
{ profile-index<U><2,99> }:2                                                     
                                                                                
  Command:                                                                      
          shdsl line-profile delete 2  

System Response

  • The system does not display any message when you delete an SHDSL line profile successfully
