GPON Global Parameter Configuration about display ont resume resource

Function

This command is used to query the configured restoration policy of an ONT. The restoration policy of the ONT can be configured to resume or unresume. When the actual capability of an ONT is inconsistent with the capability in the capability set profile, you can adjust allowable configuration commands and issue them to the ONT according to the configured resume policy.

Usage Guidelines

• By default, the configuration restoration policy is disabled.
• When the restoration policy is configured to resume, if the actual ONT capability is different from the capability that is preset in the capability set profile bound with the ONT, based on the hardware capability parameters reported by this ONT, the ONT management commands that are beyond the actual hardware capability are excluded and only the ONT management commands allowed by the ONT hardware capability are delivered.
• When the restoration policy is configured to unresume, the ONT turns to the MisMatch state and the configuration command cannot be issued to the ONT hardware if the actual ONT capability is different from the capability set profile bound to the ONT.

Example

To query the configured ONT restoration policy, do as follows:

System Response

• The system displays the message "the resource of ont config resume : xxx" after this command is executed successfully. "xxx" is the actually configured restoration policy, resume or unresume.
